I will offer a safe, confidential space, where we will take each session at your pace and you can be how you want to be, say what you think and feel, cry, be angry or perhaps not speak. The time and space is yours.

Counselling will help you feel and function better, make a difference in your life, not only in yourself, but at home, with your family and friends and at work.
